The Hot Biscuit Diner is a full service, family style restaurant with an emphasis on country style cooking, friendly service, and affordable pricing. This Diner has been a family owned and operated business since 1993. Started by J. Orley and Bonnie Dixon in May 1993, The Hot Biscuit has been a favorite eatery for locals and tourists alike. In 2004, the Diner was purchased by son and daughter-in-law, Craig and Valerie Dixon who both have been involved with the business since its inception. In addition to nightly specials, the Hot Biscuit offers a full line of homebaked desserts to be enjoyed in house or taken home. Once you have experienced the Hot Biscuit cuisine, you will not be surprised that the Northeast Re-enactors voted it the best eatery in the Northeast or that the Hot Biscuit was featured on PBS' Roadside Recipe as a "must" see in the Adirondacks! There are many reasons for folks to come to Ticonderoga. For some it is to relax and vacation on beautiful Lake George and Lake Champlain. Still others come to explore the historical significance of Fort Ticonderoga and Mt. Defiance. No matter what is calling you to this cozy hamlet of Ticonderoga, Craig, Val and staff invite you to stop in. You'll be glad you did.
